July 2003 all rafters cut working on sheeting walls

August 2004 all the sheeting is on the roof is in place, windows are in and the  plumbing is roughed in, getting ready to start wiring cottage.
August 2003 house dried in ready for siding,
sofit, and fascia.

First week in September started and finished siding, sofit, and fascia and there was a heat wave with temps in the 80's
everyday.
November 2003 finished up HVAC, plumbing, and electrical rough in.  December 2003 drywall, and painting done.
January 2004 working on installing the
hardwood flooring.
Installed all the pre-finished Hardwood floors in one day
February 2004 tile floor set ready for
grout.
Foreman inspects the job and gives a
thumbs up!
February 2004 handrail to walkout done, and all
the trim is up.
March 2004 kitchen cabinets all installed
March 2004 all interior doors in all trim in place ready to paint trim and lay the carpet.
Memorial day weekend 2004 doing the finish grading with the foreman.   
All interior work is done just waiting for the carpet to be installed. Carpet
was installed 3 weekend of June and our first rental was July 2004!
